The National Library of Medicine has published research stating that Reiki healing is used in hospitals and medical settings as a complementary therapy to traditional medicine. It works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing about homeostasis of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. It is a safe and gentle attunement that allows vital energy or life force to flow and releases blockages that may lead to illness. The healing energy comes from the Source (i.e., God, Greater Power) and is channeled through the practitioner to create healing. 

What conditions does it treat?

Reiki restores balance and is used in self-care and to treat any condition or disease since healing treats and supports the whole being. It is safe and can promote healing during any recovery, the effects of cancer, fertility issues, chronic disease, pain, anxiety, and depression. Reiki is beneficial in treating stress-related conditions and emotional or psychological problems.

I combine my education and life experiences with Angel messages to help guide you to a life of meaning and soul purpose.  We assist in the release of past pain affecting your current progress so you’re able to connect to your present desires. We will identify obstacles and challenges you’re facing to glean the wisdom needed to take actionable steps toward your goals.  I will also introduce you to modalities that will assist you in living your best and balanced life of mind, body, and soul.

I am dedicated to the growth and evolution of mindfulness and human consciousness. Exercise, Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Meditations, and Journeys have been an integral part of my own healing journey. Our bodies store so much of what we do not resolve every day.  We feel it in aches and pains, even somatic injuries. We will get our energy flowing and release what is not serving us. 

I tap into your Angels and Guides on lessons; they are supporting you through attaining advice to move forward. If you are going through a spiritual awakening, you can feel lonely and at a loss or “stuck.” I’m here to help you through it with tips and pointers I have learned through my own life and Dark Knight of the Soul.
